The polystar® film sealing machines are manufactured directly and completely in-house. Only a few work steps, e.g. painting and anodizing, are carried out by local specialist companies. When selecting our partners, we firstly make sure that we work with suppliers from the region wherever possible. And secondly, our trained staff guarantees consistent quality within production.

Our advisory team is available to help you with your project. You tell us your desired parameters and which film material you are working with and we will find the right polystar® film sealing device for you - whether off the shelf or custom-made.

Do you already know what you want? Do you need spare parts and/or PE tubular film? A quick call or email and your order will be processed competently. We usually ship PE tubular film and spare parts on the same day so that you can process your goods the very next day (order received by 10.30 a.m. and provided that the goods are available for delivery and subject to sale in the meantime). polystar® film sealing devices and continuous sealing machines are electrically measured in our workshop before delivery and checked for functionality and provided with the necessary labels. Depending on the volume of orders and stock, we need one to three days for this. Precisely because we claim that a polystar® film sealing device is almost "indestructible", it should be serviced regularly. You can have the service carried out directly in our in-house workshop. If a polystar® film sealing device does break, our workshop will help with its know-how - if required, with a cost estimate so that you are informed of the costs before the necessary repair.

polystar® film sealing devices, which are used in the medical technology sector, for example, are often subject to special standards - the validation standard DIN EN ISO 11607-2 is an example. In addition to maintenance and, if necessary, repairs, this standard also prescribes regular calibration, which we will of course carry out for you in a professional and competent manner.

We have selected polystar® film sealing machines available for you to bridge maintenance, repairs, calibration or to handle order peaks. By providing you with loan equipment (for a fee), we keep our promise of the polystar® principle.

Your safety is important to us. Therefore, all polystar® film sealing devices are manufactured to the minimum standard of the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and bear the CE mark. And in addition - with a few exceptions - the polystar® film sealing devices and continuous sealing machines are GS-tested.

We are so confident in the quality of our polystar® film sealing machines that we offer a 36-month guarantee. Each polystar® film sealing machine is automatically provided with the guarantee conditions when it is delivered and the invoice is sent. Wear parts are excluded from the guarantee.
