industry and trade
The products in industry and trade are so diverse that they can hardly be listed exhaustively here:
Large-format and/or bulky products, small and spare parts, cable harnesses and/or various assemblies, cytostatics, pet food, electronics, and much more.
These and other products require packaging – either as individual packaging from a tube or pre-made bags… at the latest after filling, the packaging must be sealed – as permanently as possible – in order to prevent premature spoilage and/or possible tampering.
No matter what you need to package: The wide range of polystar® film sealing machines has an individual solution for your products.

Reliable and monitored welding and sealing processes are no strangers to these welding and sealing machines from polystar®.
The validation standard DIN EN ISO 11607 has these devices and machines firmly in its sights:
- Process parameters (temperature, welding and cooling time, pressure if necessary) can be entered by the user or are monitored (pressure)
- In addition, all relevant process parameters can be saved on a USB stick and thus documented
- Suitable for doctor's offices, sterilization departments in hospitals, laboratories and/or clean rooms
Groceries
Do you want to quickly seal a bag of cookies, popcorn or ground coffee or something similar for a customer in a store? Or seal a large number of bags filled with coffee beans or nutritional supplement powder for sale in production?
No problem for the various, permanently heated film sealing machines of the polystar® brand.
They are suitable for continuous use and reliably seal almost all composite films with a PE inner coating.
It doesn't matter whether you want to seal a bag occasionally or on a continuous basis.

Packaging films have different properties depending on their composition.
The task and goal of packaging films is essentially to protect your high-quality products:
- on the shipping route from production to the user
- during storage
- from dirt and/or moisture and/or other environmental influences
- and much more
Packaging films can be used as primary and/or secondary packaging. They are available as pre-made bags or as tubes from a roll for self-assembly.
