Your work processes can be effectively streamlined by combining the in-line 12 printer with a polystar® continuous sealing machine from the 350 DSM or 400 DSM series. You save time because both work processes are combined. And if you have previously applied the required printing information to your packaging using labels, you also save money on the labels.

Description
FLEXIBLE - LIGHTWEIGHT - FRESHLY OFF THE PRINT
We are -as you know- the specialists for welding (almost) any kind of film: the polystar® Film sealing machines are reliable and can be operated almost intuitively by the user - without any training time.
And yet… something is missing in this work process. That's right: a printing solution, e.g. for printing a best before date or something similar. And now it's here - our
Convincing printing solution with the in-line 12 printer
We are absolutely convinced by the small and compact printer. It is as easy to use as you would expect from the polystar® film sealing machines.
- Flexible in use: whether stationary or always "somewhere else". No matter how you use the in-line 12 printer - it prints quickly and reliably
- Easy installation: possible even without a technician
- Operation without complex training: clear, display-guided instructions
- no maintenance
Your work processes can be optimized by combining the printer in-line 12 and a polystar® Continuous sealing machine of the 350 DSM or 400 DSM series effectively streamlines the process. You save time because both work processes are combined. And if you have previously applied the required printing information to your packaging using labels, you also save money on the labels.
The in-line 12 prints on almost all non-absorbent surfaces: whether on packaging made of polyethylene or polypropylene, aluminum or other composite materials - the print stays on the packaging.
By far the right pressure
What you print is of course up to you. The in-line 12 printer provides alphanumeric characters that can be used to print dates/times and batch numbers, for example. Logos and 1D/2D barcodes can also be printed with no problem in print quality of up to 300 dpi.
Up to five lines between 1.8 and 12.7 mm (height) are available for your printing. And so that you don't have to re-enter a fixed text every day, over 100,000 texts and logos can be stored in the internal memory.
The most important thing for precise printing is that there must be an optimal distance of approximately 6 mm to a maximum of 8 mm between the print head and the foil to be printed. Smaller or larger distances also mean a significant loss of quality in the printed image.
WYSIWYG - The in-line 12 printer makes programming easy
No, this is not a gibberish typo: WYSIWYG stands for the simple formula "What you see is what you get". The printer's large 4.3-inch color LED touchscreen shows you what will be printed on the film once printing has started.
Programming the individual prints is extremely simple: either directly via the display or - and this is even easier - via the keyboard provided, which is of course wireless. You can set the desired print position and print direction on the display.
Different color cartridges are available for printing. In addition to black (standard), you can have the in-line 12 printer print with green, red or blue. Pigment white and pigment yellow are also available as special colors.
in-line 12 - a lightweight, easy to install
At just 600g (without ink cartridge and bracket), this printer is really lightweight. And it can be mounted just as easily exactly where you need it.
The all-in-one set included in the delivery includes - in addition to the actual printer - various stainless steel rods in different sizes as well as clamps and base pieces. With the help of the corresponding screws and Allen keys, the in-line 12 printer can either be permanently installed or flexibly attached wherever the next print is needed.
In conjunction with the polystar® For continuous welding machines, it is best to position the printer directly on the holder of the table stand or conveyor belt. This way, the printer has a fixed place, is not in the way of the work process and can still be operated easily.
By the way…
…with the in-line 12 printer, the GALAXY filling scales and the polystar® With continuous welding machines you can put together an entire production line individually! And: You can also get many films from us. This is service from a single source. Just browse around our homepage a little.
