Whether bag or sack: packed in rows!

The fastest of our polystar® Continuous welding machines can achieve 10 m/min, but the standard speed of 5 meters per minute is not exactly slow either. The universal usability makes them indispensable wherever polyethylene bags up to 0.60 mm thick need to be sealed in rows to make them airtight, dustproof and watertight.

All polystar® Continuous welding machines of the 350 DSM series are permanently heated and have spring-loaded cooling rails that automatically adjust to the respective film thickness. The constant contact pressure that this guarantees ensures equally constant welding results with a 4 mm wide weld seam. While the standard version polystar® 350 DSM is suitable for lightweight bags up to 150 g, the TE version can even carry bags weighing up to 500 g completely independently. Heavier bags up to 25 kg can also be reliably sealed with appropriate support, e.g. from a roller conveyor or conveyor belt.

Let us put together a continuous sealing machine according to your requirements. In principle, every feature of the machines listed below can be combined with one another:

• polystar® 350 DSM and 350 DSM-TE. Seam widths of 6 mm or 8 mm or 2x5 mm double seam can be realized on request.
• polystar ® 350 DSM-H and 350 DSM-TE-H. For sealing e.g. PE bags up to 150 mm below the edge of the bag. Carrier bags can be conveniently closed below the handle.
• polystar® 350 DSM and 350 DSM-TE with precise temperature control. The experts for temperature-sensitive packaging materials such as polypropylene film, cellophane or fleece. The digital thermostat ensures fluctuation-free temperatures and therefore perfect welding results.
• polystar® 350 DSM-TE-SV. An integrated cutting device cuts off the excess bag directly above the weld seam. Completely automatic - very simple.
• polystar® 350 DSM-TE with smooth-running wheels with a matching and individual frame. Large and bulky bags or sacks as well as film strips are easily sealed.
• Usually all polystar® Continuous welding machines from right to left. If required, it can also be done the other way round: from left to right.
• The polystar® Continuous welding machines of the 350 DSM and 350 DSM-TE series have powder-coated side panels. These side panels can of course be replaced with V2A panels on request. This means that these machines can also be used in the food industry without any problems.

All versions of the continuous welding machines can also be individually equipped with work aids. The following work aids are available:

• Table stand: The polystar® The continuous welding machine is attached to the table stand to ensure a smooth welding process. The height can be adjusted using either a wing screw or a hand crank.
• Guide rail: Always seal your bags, sacks or film strips at the same height.
• Roller conveyor: As support for heavier bags up to 2 kg. Optionally for sealing the bags standing or lying down (only in conjunction with the version polystar® 350 DSM-TE).
• Table conveyor belt: As support for heavier bags up to 7 kg. Optionally for sealing the bags standing up or lying down (only in conjunction with the polystar® 350 DSM-TE version).
• Conveyor belt: As support for heavier bags and sacks up to 25 kg. The height can be adjusted either using a wing screw or a hand crank or - new - very conveniently electrically.

Our continuous welding machines of the 400 and 620 DSM series are suitable for welding composite films in bag form.
