Large - and heavy - bags and sacks, filled with e.g. free-flowing products, can be polystar® The horizontal arrangement of the heating band supports allows the bags and sacks to stand upright during sealing. For you, this means that none of your product can trickle out.
If you add a pallet truck to these double-heated heat impulse welding machines, you have a perfect packing station. polystar® The 400 HM series film sealing device is placed on the height-adjustable work platform of the lift truck. An integrated and height-adjustable roller conveyor beneath the work platform ensures that the bags or sacks are easily fed between the horizontal heating band supports. Now simply trigger the sealing pulse with the foot switch - done!
The film sealing devices of the 400 HM series are available in working widths from 400 mm to 1,000 mm. Depending on the working width, the front heating band carrier is held by two to four stable spacers that are positioned approx. 30 mm above the heating band carrier. This also means that there is an automatic upper limit for the bag feed - the distance from the edge of the bag to the weld seam can therefore be as little as 30 mm.
What if you need more distance from the edge of the bag to the weld seam? Then just tell us, because we have a solution for you for that too: The heating band supports are mounted on a so-called U-profile. This gives you "room for improvement" without having to forego a secure weld seam. The only thing you then have to decide from which side the bags or sacks should be fed in - from the right or the left.

Double heating, automatic welding and cooling time, foot pressure switch and a sturdy housing complement each other. This combination allows many types of film up to 2 x 0.40 mm thick to be reliably welded. -

The sealing process can be conveniently started using the foot switch. This leaves your hands free and you can prepare the next bag or sack for sealing during the sealing and cooling time. -
Individual extra features
Whether you want “room for improvement” with the U-profile or “double security” with a 2 x 3 mm double seam - we can of course fulfill your wishes.
Foil welding using the proven heat impulse process
Energy-saving (from 0.8 kWh) and therefore environmentally friendly, because electricity is only used when the welding pulse is triggered. The heat pulse process also means that there are no heating phases. Simply switch on the power, set the welding and cooling time and start welding.
