Here you can keep track of everything: Document welding processes easily and safely by saving all relevant welding parameters on a USB stick and later reading them out on a standard PC. This means that the welding processes can be validated according to DIN EN ISO 11607-2 and conform to DIN 58953-7.

The polystar® magnetic table welding device type 438 M works according to the heat impulse method, which means it is ready for use immediately. The precise parameter input of temperature, welding and cooling time as well as the contact pressure via a touchscreen is extremely simple. The packaging can then be placed between the welding rails and the foot pressure button pressed. The film packaging is ready - controlled in the workflow and consistent in the seam quality.
