All you have to do now is connect the continuous welding machine, let it heat up and get started. Large-format bags and sacks or long film strips made of PE (polyethylene), for example, can be welded almost effortlessly.

After the short heating phase, the polyethylene film material to be welded is placed into the polystar® The PE film is automatically transported through the heating and cooling zone. Spring-loaded pressure rollers seal the film immediately afterwards, thus ensuring consistent seam quality. The polystar® The continuous welding machine must be operated at the same speed during the welding and cooling phases. At the same time, the weld area must always be kept straight.

The speed of this polystar® The continuous welding machine can be individually adjusted to your film - speeds of 1-10 meters per minute are possible. The following applies: the thinner the film material, the faster the welding machine can be set.
