Order with a clear view: Welding without learning time with holding magnet
Small, practical, simple - these are the first characteristics that come to mind when you think of polystar® Film sealing devices with lever arms come into play.
- Small: they are real space savers in terms of depth and height (without optional accessories such as extension table and/or unwinder).
- Practical: they can be used in many ways.
- And simply: welding without any training time is not just a careless promise.
The hand-operated lever arm devices of the brand polystar® work with the energy-saving (from 0.1 kWh) - and therefore environmentally friendly - heat pulse process. In addition, these film sealing devices are ready for use immediately and without a warm-up time and work absolutely reliably.
Do you use pre-made bags made of polyethylene (PE bags) or polypropylene (PP bags)? No problem - just fill the bag and seal it. Done!
Or do you make your own bags from a tube, e.g. PE tubular film? No problem either: cut to length as required, weld the bottom seam and operate the cutting device manually at the same time. Then fill the bag and weld it shut - and you're done!
You can adjust the length of the welding pulse directly on the polystar® The film sealing device can be adjusted continuously and depends on the film material and the film thickness. For example, PE films up to 2 x 0.25 mm thick can be sealed. The reliable heat pulse principle and the optical control (light display) ensure optimal sealing results.
Put together your own individual packing station: With an attachable table and film dispenser or film roll magazine, you can create order in your workplace.
Possible areas of application for these reliable helpers are, for example, warehouses, workshops or sales areas, because they pack everything: screws and other small materials, pipes, signs, textiles... There are -almost- no packaging limits.
The M-version devices have an additional holding magnet and an automatic welding and cooling timer.

Does the lever arm have to be kept pressed down during the entire welding process?
No, the lever arm does not need to be held down during the welding process. The lever arm is held in the welding position by the holding magnet.
Are there any wearing parts?
Are there any wearing parts?
Typical wear parts are:
- Heating elements. These can be replaced very easily: lever out the old heating element, insert the new heating element and then simply carry on welding!
- Silicone rubber profile, sponge rubber or foam profile. Easy replacement by pulling out the old profiles and threading in new profiles - without any tools.
- Blade for the cutting device. Guide the cutting device to the right and pull it out upwards. Remove the old blade, attach the new blade and then reinsert the cutting device into the lever arm on the right. Done!
Please read the operating instructions for this.
