polystar® 250 MV - Validatable sealing processes according to DIN EN ISO 11607-2

Whether in the doctor's office, in the laboratory or on the hospital ward - with the polystar® 250 MV can be used to safely package anything that needs to be sterilized.

Secure documentation via USB
The individual sealing processes are documented simply and securely. All relevant sealing parameters are saved on the connected USB stick and can later be read out on a standard PC. This means that the sealing processes can be validated according to DIN EN ISO 11607-2 and conform to DIN 58953-7.

Easy operation
The sealing device polystar® 250 MV works according to the heat impulse method, which means it is ready for use immediately. The parameters for temperature, sealing and cooling time are entered via the membrane keyboard. Then the packaging is simply placed between the sealing units and the operating lever is operated. The protective packaging is ready. Controlled in the workflow and consistent in the seam quality.

Ja, der Schweißprozess ist nach DIN EN ISO 11607-2 durch genaues Einstellen der Temperatur, Schweißzeit, Kühlzeit, sowie auslesen der Parameter und Fehlermeldungen validierbar. Der Andruck wird bei Kalibrierung der Maschine fest eingestellt.
