GALAXY Giant
Die GALAXY Giant ist für große Füllmengen konzipiert und deckt einen Wägebereich von 500 Gramm bis zu 25 Kilogramm ab. Sie eignet sich insbesondere für voluminöse oder grobkörnige Schüttgüter wie Tierfutter, Körner, Rindenmulch, Kork oder grobe Späne.
Das Produkt wird aus einem großvolumigen Vorratstrichter über eine elektromagnetische Vibrationsrinne dosiert. Wie bei der Medi erfolgt die Gewichtsermittlung zweiphasig für eine kontrollierte und reproduzierbare Dosierung. Die Bedienung der Waage erfolgt über ein Farbdisplay mit selbsterklärender Menüführung. Mehrere Produktspeicher stehen zur Verfügung.
Die robuste Edelstahlkonstruktion und der stabile Aufbau ermöglichen den zuverlässigen Einsatz in verschiedensten Produktionsumgebungen. Die Befüllung der Verpackung kann manuell oder automatisch erfolgen. Für höhere Durchsätze ist die GALAXY Giant auch mit 2 Lastschalen verfügbar.
Das Gerät lässt sich einfach reinigen und bei Bedarf mit weiteren Funktionen oder Trichtern an die Anwendung anpassen.
