GALAXY Medi
The GALAXY Medi is designed for weighing small to medium quantities of product, ranging from 50 grams to 5 kilograms. It is suitable for a variety of free-flowing products such as flour, granules, pellets, pet food, or fine shavings.
The product is conveyed from the hopper via an electromagnetically controlled vibrating feeder into the weighing pan. Dosing is a two-phase process – with a rapid pre-dosing followed by a slower post-dosing to ensure weight accuracy. Product parameters can be individually set and saved via a digital display.
The scale is built on a sturdy stainless steel frame and can be operated either semi-automatically via a foot switch or automatically via a packaging machine. Emptying the weighing pan is also carried out accordingly. Depending on requirements, the GALAXY Medi can be equipped with one or two weighing heads.
The machine requires minimal maintenance and is designed for easy operation and cleaning. Its construction allows for use as a standalone unit or integration into an automated packaging line.
