GALAXY Medi
Die GALAXY Medi ist für das Abwiegen von kleinen bis mittlere Produktmengen im Bereich von 50 Gramm bis 5 Kilogramm ausgelegt. Sie eignet sich für eine Vielzahl von rieselfähigen Produkten wie Mehl, Granulate, Pellets, Tiernahrung oder feine Späne.
Das Produkt gelangt aus dem Vorratstrichter über eine elektromagnetisch gesteuerte Vibrationsrinne in die Wägeschale. Die Dosierung erfolgt zweiphasig – mit einer schnellen Vordosierung und einer langsameren Nachdosierung zur Gewichtsgenauigkeit. Über ein digitales Display lassen sich Produktparameter individuell einstellen und abspeichern.
Die Waage ist auf einem stabilen Edelstahlrahmen aufgebaut und kann entweder halbautomatisch per Fußschalter oder automatisiert über eine Verpackungsmaschine betrieben werden. Auch die Entleerung der Waagschale erfolgt entsprechend. Je nach Anforderung kann die GALAXY Medi mit einem oder zwei Wiegeköpfen ausgestattet werden.
Der Aufbau ist wartungsarm und auf einfache Bedienung und Reinigung ausgelegt. Die Konstruktion erlaubt den Einsatz als Einzelmaschine oder die Integration in eine automatisierte Verpackungslinie.
