The specialist for composite materials! Whether aluminum or paper composite: These continuously heated polystar® continuous sealing machines of the polystar® 400 DSM series seal all composite materials such as aluminum composite foils or paper composite foils, but also mono-PE bags tightly together: airtight, aroma-tight, and dirt-proof.

The continuous heating and robust construction of the polystar® continuous sealing machines enable trouble-free, continuous operation, for example, for aroma sealing. Coated paper or aluminum bags up to a thickness of approximately 0.80 mm receive the necessary seal strength thanks to the spring-loaded embossing rollers. The extremely quiet stepper motor ensures a pleasant working environment. The sealing processes of the polystar® 400 DSM series are therefore barely audible, yet still deliver a visibly excellent sealing result.

The standard version, type 400 DSM, boasts a fast throughput speed of 6.7 meters per minute and can, for example, seal filled bags weighing up to 500g. The bags are fed into the machine upright.

Combined with a table stand, a roller conveyor, a table conveyor belt or a mobile conveyor belt, the continuous sealing machines can be expanded into complete workstations.

We are aware of the diverse packaging options. Therefore, we offer customized solutions for you in the area of ​​polystar® continuous sealing machines of the 400 DSM series:

• polystar® 400/3 DSM with 3 meters per minute for particularly thick barrier films, also with side gussets
• polystar® 400/6.7 DSM-H: Seals at standard speed up to 80 mm below the bag rim. Ideal for bags with handles, for example.
• polystar® 400 DSM with speed control. Easily adjust the speed to suit different bag materials and thicknesses.
• polystar® 400/6.7 DSM with precise temperature control. Some materials are very temperature-sensitive, e.g., polypropylene films or polyamide/polyethylene composite films. Here, the sensitive temperature sensor ensures a stable temperature and thus a perfect sealing result.
• polystar® 400/6.7 DSM-V with extended and powered V-infeed. This special-purpose machine is particularly well-suited for use with a powered table conveyor or a large mobile conveyor. Simply place the filled stand-up pouch onto the conveyor. The conveyor automatically transports the pouch through the V-infeed into the sealing area of ​​the continuous sealing machine. The pouch is sealed as soon as it exits the machine.
• polystar® 400/6.7 DSM Zipper. Seal bags with zip closures, e.g., Doypack bags, in a single operation and close the zip – it couldn't be simpler. We address the different zipper heights (distance from the bag edge) with different configurations of the continuous zipper sealing machine.
• The 400 DSM series continuous sealing machines can be configured with various options using a modular system. This allows you to optimally equip your machine to meet your packaging needs.
• Normally, all polystar® continuous sealing machines run from right to left. However, they can also be operated in the opposite direction, from left to right, upon request.
• The 400 DSM series continuous sealing machines have powder-coated side panels. These side panels can, of course, be replaced with stainless steel (V2A) panels upon request. This means these machines can be used completely safely in the food industry.

Important: The polystar® 400 DSM are not suitable for simple polyethylene bags! Mono-PE bags are possible, however, as they have a firmer composition.

Our heat impulse welding machines or the fast continuous welding machines of the 350 DSM series are suitable for welding simple polyethylene bags or polyethylene film.
