Whether aluminum or paper composite: These continuously heated polystar® continuous sealing machines of the polystar® 620 DSM series seal all composite materials such as aluminum composite foils or paper composite foils firmly together: airtight, aroma-tight, and dirt-proof.

The continuous heating and robust construction of the polystar® continuous sealing machines in V2A stainless steel enable trouble-free continuous operation, e.g., in the pharmaceutical or medical sector, but also in the food industry, for aroma sealing, sealing cardboard tab labels, etc. Coated paper or aluminum bags up to a thickness of approximately 0.80 mm receive the necessary seal strength thanks to the spring-mounted embossing rollers. The extremely quiet stepper motor ensures a pleasant working environment. The sealing processes of the polystar® 620 DSM series are therefore barely audible, yet still deliver a visibly excellent sealing result.

The standard version, type 620 DSM, boasts a fast throughput speed of 6.7 meters per minute and can, for example, seal filled bags weighing up to 500g. The bags are fed into the machine lying flat.

Combined with a roller conveyor or a table conveyor belt, the continuous sealing machines can be expanded into complete workstations.

We are aware of the diverse packaging options. Therefore, we offer customized solutions for you in the area of ​​polystar® 620 DSM series continuous sealing machines:

• polystar® 620 DSM with 6.7 meters per minute and precise temperature control seals all composite bags lying down with a 12 mm wave embossed seam.
• The polystar® 620 DSM-HC with smooth embossing rollers effortlessly seals cardboard inserts with PE inner coating onto the bag. This continuous sealing machine is also equipped with precise temperature control.
• For heavy or bulky bags, the polystar® continuous sealer can optionally be supplemented with a roller conveyor (up to 2 kg bag weight) or with a table conveyor belt (up to 5 kg).
• Normally, all polystar® continuous sealing machines run from right to left. However, they can also be operated in the opposite direction, from left to right, upon request.

Important: The polystar® 620 DSM and 620 DSM-HC are not suitable for polyethylene bags!

Our heat impulse welding machines or the fast continuous welding machines of the 350 DSM series are suitable for welding polyethylene bags or polyethylene film.
